The Department of Tactics
The Department of Tactics is an organizational unit of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities in the structure of the Dean's Office responsible for teaching at:
- undergraduate studies,
- all forms of specialist training in the field of tactics,
- reserve officer's training and
- other specialist courses.
Teachers at the Department of Tactics:
- implement part of the curriculum in training centres and units of the Armed Forces,
- are responsible for organizing and implementing field exercises and combat shooting exercises,
- hold classes using modern means for simulation of combat operations (JANUS, VBS3, JCATS).
Department of Tactics:
- uses a training command post to train battalion commands,
- participates in the development of simulators and works on their integration into the tactical simulator,
- works on the development of a combat laboratory,
- develops and improves the training of cadets through the development of practical forms of teaching and the development of material base through the construction of a tactical track and training ground for urban combat.
