Cooperation Protocol signed between Defence University and Constitutional Court
Today, Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić attended the signing of a Cooperation Protocol between the Defence University, Ministry of Defence, and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia.

The protocol was signed by the Rector of the Defence University, Brigadier General Boban Đorović, and the President of the Constitutional Court, Prof. Vladan Petrov.
Minister Gašić stated that the signing of the protocol marked an important step forward in enhancing cooperation in education and professional development.
- I am certain that this partnership will contribute to a valuable exchange of knowledge and experience. The Ministry of Defence is committed to upgrading the education and professional development of military personnel, since knowledge, professionalism and respect for the Constitution and laws is a foundation for an efficient and responsible work of every institution. I believe this protocol will pave the way for new joint initiatives and long-term cooperation, which will benefit both our institutions and the Republic of Serbia – the Minister of Defence said.

The protocol provides a framework for cooperation between the Defence University and the Constitutional Court through the organisation of expert and scientific conferences and the publication of scientific journals and other professional literature.
Both protocol signatories agreed that establishing this partnership would significantly contribute to forging diverse connections between academic and professional practice, enabling personnel to gain practical insights into safeguarding constitutionality and the rule of law, as well as protecting and promoting human and minority rights and freedoms.

This cooperation will further enhance the exchange of experiences through lectures and professional training in specialist courses and short study programmes at the Defence University, as well as through participation in seminars and conferences organised by the Constitutional Court.
