Rector of the University of Defence, Major-General Prof. Mladen Vuruna, PhD received the High delegation of the Military Centre for Strategic Studies of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Italy, led by the Director of the Centre, Rear Admiral, Mario Karuza. During the meeting with Rear Admiral Mario Karuza, General Vuruna presented the structure and scope of work of the University of Defence and emphasized the importance of scientific research institutions for the development of military education.
During the visit of the Italian delegation to the Institute for Strategic Research of the University of Defence, the Agreement on mutual cooperation between the two Institutes was signed and the ways for intensifying cooperation discussed.
